Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 July 2026

Deliverance For Me (also known as Deliverance Ministry) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it, in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). It applies to information collected through our contact form, training application form, and booking form.

Information Officer & contact

If you have any questions about this policy, or want to exercise any of your rights described below, contact us at hello@deliveranceministry.co.za. This is also our point of contact for POPIA-related matters. We do not publish a physical address — please reach us by email.

What personal information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us when you fill in one of our forms:

Why we process it

We use your information for one purpose only: to respond to the specific enquiry, training request, or booking you submitted — for example, to reply to your message, arrange your training, or confirm your booking. We do not use your information for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose unrelated to your request, and we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Our lawful basis for processing

By voluntarily submitting one of our forms, you consent to us using the information you provide for the limited purpose described above. Processing is also necessary to respond to a request you initiated yourself. If you don't provide contact details, we're unable to reply to you.

Who we share it with

We use Amazon Web Services' Simple Email Service (AWS SES) to deliver notification and confirmation emails when you submit a form. AWS SES is used solely to send these emails and does not use your information for its own purposes. We do not use any analytics or advertising tools on this site, and we do not share your information with any other third party. Booking information is stored only in our own booking database and is not shared externally.

Cross-border transfer of information

Our email delivery provider (AWS SES) operates from the European Union (eu-west-1 region), so sending you a reply may involve processing your information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a level of protection consistent with POPIA.

How long we keep it

Contact and training form submissions are not stored in a database — they are only sent to us by email, and are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and conclude your enquiry. Booking information is kept in our booking database until after the relevant training day has taken place, after which it may be deleted.

How we protect it

Our form submission endpoints are rate-limited to prevent abuse, our booking admin dashboard is protected by a password, and information is transmitted over a secure (HTTPS) connection. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@deliveranceministry.co.za. If you believe your rights under POPIA have been infringed, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator:

Information Regulator (South Africa)
Email: enquiries@inforegulator.org.za or complaints.IR@justice.gov.za
Website: inforegulator.org.za

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics or advertising scripts. We only use what's technically necessary for the site to function.

Children's information

Our forms are not directed at collecting information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our forms after a change means you're aware of the update.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and the laws of South Africa.
